- Cribellum is expected to receive full payment on the posted due date. Cribellum reserves the right to cancel any account due to failure of payment. Cribellum provides first-rate service and support to our paying customers.
- Web sites containing racially or sexually offensive material are not permitted. Any site found to contain said material will be permanently removed.
- The following is prohibited on Cribellum's servers :
- Spamming
- Illegal/pirated software
- Pornography
- Audio archives (mp3)
- Cd-rom archives
- Shareware/freeware software archives
- All forms of hacking tools/software
All materials of this nature or links to said material will result in account removal without financial refund. Allowing sites of this nature places Cribellum at legal risk and will not be tolerated.
- Any web site using an excessive amount of bandwidth or server resources may be removed by Cribellum. It is unfair to our other customers for their sites to be slowed down by an abusively high traffic site.
- Spamming is prohibited on all of Cribellum's servers. If a spammer is caught either sending or attempting to send messages through our servers, we reserve the right to charge US$100 per message. Cribellum has the legal right to receive payment from the spam sender or the company represented within the spam to cover the cost of the services received. This policy applies equally to Cribellum customers as it does to non-Cribellum customers.
- Cribellum reserves the right to block any incoming mail from any remote SMTP relay. It is our intent to reduce the amount of spam messages being sent, but this policy may inadvertently block some legitimate email.
- Pricing and policies are subject to change at any time. The above policies are non-negotiable.
